Michael is responsible for designing, developing, and testing complex software solutions. He has a deep understanding of software development principles and best practices. As a General Software Manager, Michael is responsible for leading and managing a team of software engineers.

Head of Hardware Engineering
Mr. Pilip is a Head of Hardware Engineering with a successful 22-year track record in hardware development in all aspects, including digital, analog, and RF. Pavel is currently the Head of Hardware Engineering at DILIXO Ltd. and also founder of his own hardware development company, BoardTech Ltd.
Pavel has a deep understanding of hardware design principles and best practices, and he is able to apply his knowledge to solve a wide range of problems. He is also an expert in a variety of hardware technologies, including digital electronics, analog electronics, RF design, and PCB design.
As the Head of Hardware Engineering at DILIXO Ltd., Pavel is responsible for leading and managing a team of hardware engineers. He is responsible for setting goals, assigning tasks, and providing guidance and support to his team members. Pavel is a valuable asset to DILIXO Ltd. and BoardTech Ltd.
